I've recently bought a 2008 Audi A5 3.0tdi. First Audi and first Diesel. I must say i'm converted. I've had it a couple of months now.

It had already been remapped. So i've just been reading alot to see what else i can do.
I've just bought a hybrid turbo, fitted the audi A6 3.0 bitdi brakes (356mm disc twin pots) bitdi intercooler, Bitdi Maf, H&R springs and 20mm spacers some conti 6 tyres. Got a few other bits in the pipe line.
I'm not looking for loads of power just abit more. My firends and i do roads trips every other year so every has bought an Audi for the next one:

2016 Audi A5 sportback 3.0 tdi
2006 Audi S4 Cab
2012 Audi S4
2010 Audi TTS

We normally go up to Amsterdam then to the ring. Down the Autoban then play over the Alps doing as many passes as possible. Stelvio etc. So far we've done 3 and we always have some issues which makes it more fun. Last year we did it is Mini cooper s r53's we got 4 cars up 240-250bhp they were so much fun. I'll do an R56 next. For now i'm all about the Audi. I've never had a derv but i'm enjoying her. I've learnt alot from the forum. I'm very much a driveway mechanic and try to do everything myself so places like this are great

Same y spoke wheels as my previous A5 too - loved those wheels.
