Downloaded some music videos for the Audi however when i plug it in it says unreadable doeas anyone have any tips on how to sort this issue out. It hasn't been coded for VIM not sure if that matters.

Is it meant to be able to play videos? What format and size is the usb stick?

Maybe it’s how you format the the usb drive.
Fat 32? Ntfs?
Also the mmi doesn’t like if there’s like 1000s of files in a folder.
I would try formatting the drive and put 1 file in and see. I’ve never had any problems with any video files in the mmi

All good pointa. I would keep it small to start with. For testing. I would imagine if a MP3 song plays fine in a folder with the video on the SD you shouldnt need a re format
I would format the whole drive and start again. Sometimes they come out the factory with a weird format that only windows or computers recognise.
Shouldn’t matter if there’s a mix of mp3 or videos in the same folder.
