Afternoon all

Was wondering if anyone knew of a good price for a Sachs organic clutch for a S3 8p ???
Awesome gti seem to be cheapest I can find at £587.94......
Anyone had a better price for one let me know, be much appreciated.

Many thanks guys

I would check that Sachs is the best one to go for.

Do you recommend something else more suitable bearing in mind I do not plan to go above the stage 1 I’m currently running

I would say that the most popular clutch is the Helix rather than the Sachs. If supplied and fitted by AKS the customer service is superb if there is a problem.
However, the latest clutch that is gaining lots of interest is made by RTS and sold by Awesome. This has a dual material friction plate and replaces the dmf with a smf. Normally a smf will chatter on tick over but the RTS smf is as heavy as the standard dmf apparently removing the chatter. The massive benefit of the RTS clutch is that the pedal feel is like standard and so not heavy at all. It also has a higher torque capacity than the Sachs or the Helix.
It would be worth taking to Awesone about the RTS and the girl on reception there has one in her S3.

You must be strong willed to only stay at stage 1 but is you do decide to go higher any of these will cope with the Sachs being the weakest of the trio.

This is great advice and much appreciated, I do like the sound of the rts clutch actually. As said I don’t plan to go above stage 1 but my will May crack to stage 2 at some point, I will definitely give awesome a ring and get some more info on this before committing to one of the above mentioned.
Wondering if anyone on here is using the rts and could comment on their thoughts of it.
Thanks again
