not even got the car yet but I have a bv43 that was destined for a 1.9pd project, hopefully picking up a c6 tomorrow all going well so was wondering if the bv43 would fit it? Has anyone done it, I tried a google but didn’t find anything.

TIA.

should fit, but you'll also need to modify the intercooler pipe, as the BRD has a different outlet connection.
Otherwise: sell the BV43 to me :)

Haha! Thanks, they aren’t as hard to get hold of now iirc, I’ve seen a few for sale.

Modding the boost pipe isn’t an issue, I may be lucky and removing the connector allows it to slip right onto the turbo like it does on the 1.9pd engines, or just tuck a FMIC behind the bumper if there is room.

Well i picked the car up earlier, already sorted a few niggles out which is nice, biggest one is the cable has gone in the drivers window mech so that’s a job for this week, got goodwood this weekend coming too and I’d like to take the car so it maybe timing belt on Saturday :yahoo::blink: try and get the EGR and anti shudder off too as it’s got a flat spot in first and the anti shudder has just thrown a code up.

So much quieter than my C5 which is refreshing, looks a lot less dated too.
