For me this hasn't been an issue but other owners have found it is improved more so by either the installation of the TCU flash or by having the pedal box.
For me the TCU update improves the gearbox's ability to deal with the torque output...

So glad you’re sorted and back on the road following a s****y situation which wasn’t your fault.

Quattro makes such a difference. I would never be without it again.... and the space of the Avant option, for me, three kids and a spaniel, enough said! Looks the part mate, meant to be!

From what I remember with the damage I had when someone drove into my A4 things like doors etc are Alu and cannot be easily repairs so end up having to be fully replaced too.
