I've just got some Farad ones off eBay for my B8 for £80, they fit spot on and are nice and slim and fit low down. I had a look at the Audi ones but I didn't think they looked great if your looking at the same ones I was.

Yeah I do like the look of those Farad ones but I want OEM because I don't keep my bars on the car. I only put them on only when I use a box, and OEM use the locating holes on the rails.

I bought a pair of Thule WingBar Evos and they use rubber blocks to clamp on the rails, ended up using a tape measure to get them in the right place.

Seems stupid I know, but I'm not having wonky placed bars!

Keep your eye on eBay or similar. I got mine second hand for just under £100. The OEM Audi ones are fantastic for occasional use and complement the look of the car.
 
@Duck A4 I've got a set of genuine ones. I’m in Kent I can send more pics tomorrow when I’m home from work. This is only pic I could find.

@Bulldog, so I got an offer for a second hand set at £60, and fairly local to me.

Can you do better for me to warrant a trip to Kent from Brighton?
 
@Duck A4 Sorry for not getting back sooner as just done a 36 hour shift at work. I’ll do them for £60 plus I’ve also got a set of genuine metal pedal covers as well if your interested in those as well ?

I got a manual so don't need the pedals.

Sorry, I won't take the bars for £60 if I have to travel to Kent when I could pick them up in Brighton for the same price. I only live 10 miles away from Central.

Where in Kent are you?
 
Near Tonbridge by the A21. There worth more than £60 but I’ll leave it up to you.
 
Yours do look in good condition, let me check out the ones in Brighton, and if they're tatty then I'll get in touch?
 
To be honest I only used them once on a tip run.

Okay I got some photos from the other guy and the plastic on one of the bars has been chewed by his dog (at least he was honest!), so might look to take yours.

I could drive up this morning if you're around. Sure you can't help me out at £50?
