Anybody seen this before

Looks to me like that's got very hot at some point or has the compressor wheel let go as it's been seriously overspeed.
Classic oil starvation, resulting in turbo overheating and destroying itself.
Seeing a few of these on the 4.0T engine due to clogged oil feed filters (non maintenance item) Sometimes followed by debris ingestion into engine depending on how severe the disintegration is.
