So, I've bought a pair of dynamic indicator strips, managed to get the mirror covers off (after a struggle) now ready to put them back together with new indicator strips but cannot get all three parts to come together successfully. Broken a couple of the clips already!
Is there a sequence I need to follow? I tried reversing how I got them apart but didn't work. I tried fitting the strip to the top cover part and the assembly this with the black base part, again it just doesn't want to go together. Need some tips, guidance, anything urgently please.:sob::sob::sob:

I actually did the exact same yesterday. Took me best part of 45 minutes to get the first one back on, after struggling with the other side for about 15 minutes I had a Google to see if I could find anything. After a bit of searching I found a video, the indicator strip already screwed into the top part of the cover and the black bottom strip attached to the car, then lower the top part on, and with a bit of a wiggle it clicked in. I tried the exact same and took all of 30 seconds to get it on. Link below, towards the end of the video shows how I managed to do it

:thumbs up:Many thank Liam189, job now done.
Although I must say that I think I needed a bigger and longer lasting wiggle than you did.:whistle2::whistle2:
Thanks again!

Had a proper nightmare refitting the covers. They're NEVER coming off again
