I haven’t transferred yet, so just wanted some opinions. Cheers!

Personally not a huge fan of the short plate or a plate that's "tied" to the car. All personal preference so if you like it, then that's the main thing

They’re called personalised for a reason!
I like it. My opinion means nothing though on a car that belongs to someone else.

Screw any haters, get it done. Long plate looks better though, however it’s only my opinion and I refer myself back to my 1st sentence

My PP is my name, literally. My wife bought it as a gift and hates it. Wants me to take it off but it’s not happening

I refer her back to my 1st sentence too ;)

I couldn’t give warm pint off wee what any one else thinks, in fact I’m inclined to agree I’m a nob so I’m going to enjoy it to the fullest and you should too (not calling you a nob, just get the plate on lol)

I like it. I think it would look better on a normal length plate though especially as your reg is 5 characters long, it will make it look a lot less cluttered. I've done the same, here is how mine looks for reference.

Normal plate, not a fan of regs tagged to models though. Don’t let that put you off though.

I’ve got a private reg but not used on the S3 as a reg with puddle lights in the work car park is a no no..

I personally don't like the short plate. I have a 5 character personalised plate, but on standard width plate.

Think the S3 UJL would look better on the standard width plate

Like others have said mate, your car, your plate, your choice. But to maintain freedom of speech, standard size please :respekt::respekt:

Where did you got your plates done, I want to order mine but some of the plate makers are charging extortionate prices

Looks good but unfortunately not really applicable for UK style plates
