2015 Audi A3 S line Quattro , no DAB radio

Hi, purchased a 2015 Audi A3 S line about 4 weeks ago, and was told it comes with DAB radio , I can't seem to find the DAB wavelength in the list and have no DAB stations stored only FM/AM. Have done a check on myAudi and it definitely left the factory with DAB and the Bang & Olufsen upgrade, Could it be an aerial problem or something more sinister, its fitted with the shark fin aerial if it helps, Thanks

PM me the reg and I can check the equipment it left the factory with.

The 5F may have been replaced with a non-DAB unit in the past maybe?

Ok so the car definitely has the QV3 PR code which is for Digital Radio so I would say the unit has been replaced with a non-DAB unit.

I take it you're not seeing DAB at all in the Waveband menu?

Yes mate only FM/AM in the waveband menu.
