Im having issues with my flaps :)

The drivers side wasnt changing from hot so went at that first . After much ball ache, I changed that out and all is well there (when I took the panel off the motor was actually working but had broken off at the screw when someone was at it previously I'd imagine, so it was just dangling by the wires.

So then I was taking off the glovebox to have a look at the others because the system still wasnt right. I was getting no air in the cool box in the glovebox for a start. so When I took off the glovebox and saw the hose going in to it I couldnt figure out where it was meant to go (It was pointing towards the blower motor) So after much searching I found the hole giving an outlet below the green flap motor (in the purple circle). The hose had been rotated 180 degrees in the past by someone.

So next issue was the green motor wasnt rotating no matter how many buttons I pressed on the climate panel. From manually operating the flap I figured this was for the window demister.

Now, my issue is, if press the front demister button on the climate panel, the motor circled in white operates (large black round part on the back of the motor). no button seems to get the green one to work. But if I swap the cables around, the green one will work and the white circled one wont, so I know both motors work. The shorter wire going to the white circled one wont reach far enough when swapped to allow the motor with the green arm to reach the screw holes, so I'm fairly sure they are plugged in to the right motors.

Apologies, I really should have circled the green arm in green to avoid confusion :)

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

The green one is the demister.seems like you have a wiring fault in the line to that motor.Maybe someone has broken something because its hard to think that would happen otherwise. However I recall someone else finding a broken mount so that may have happened on its own.Hope you can fix the power to the green one : that stuck on mine and its a pain not to have demisting
