I checked the manual and there is a section for subwoofer level, but the dealer said it's only for the B&O surround. I just can't believe that a function like that would be removed on purpose.

Picked up my sportback 2 weeks ago with audi sound system with sub in the boot and definitely no sub control in MMI. Could be needing an update myself.

It's **** even though it's the same system.. My PFL *** sounded pretty damn good with a few minor tweaks, but then, once I retrofitted MMI2 etc and sub control gone from MMI and it's total ****.. The sub is set to min if not very close to min by default and no way to adjust it, complete waste of the system, it's so bad that I'm planning on retrofitting B&O just to get the sub control back with the updated firmware...
