Lighting board B8.5 Avant

Hi,

Looking at buying a rear mounted bike rack for our holiday to France later this year.

Seen a decent Thule one, but will require a lighting board. The one I’m looking at says it comes with a 7 pin connector which most cars have.

Question is, does the Audi and where is it if so? I’m clueless on stuff like this.

Buy a thule with the lighting bud, I got one reasonably priced tbh.

The 7 pin connector refers to the one that you get when you get a tow bar fitted. You can just fit the socket thou if you want.

A lot of newer cars will have the 13 pin connector but you can just get an adapter for a few quid on ebay.

That's what i'll be doing when I take delivery of my new Tiguan R-Line Tech.

Also in the market for a tow bar mounted bike rack, scouring ebay every day!
