£7995

140,000 miles

I've owned this car for nearly 10 years, in which time I’ve spared no expense in maintaining and improving it to run approximately 400 BHP. It had done 97k mostly motorway miles when I bought it, so I’ve done less than 5k miles per year since then. It’s been looked after by a local independent specialist and serviced every year using Fuchs Pro S 5w-40 oil.

The timing service (including uprated RS4 guides) was done at 135k miles along with a new clutch and flywheel. If you look at a car without the timing service having been done, add at least £4000 to the cost of the purchase as it is mandatory for every B6/B7 S4 at around 100k miles.

There's curbing on most of the wheels, a couple of small scratches and some stone chips in the usual places. I have just had one of the rear doors and quarter panels sprayed to sort out a couple of larger scratches.

I have extensive history under my ownership and I’ve listed a few of the notable features/repairs below. MOT until March 2020.

Something worse I would imagine.

It's not out of choice.

You still have the M5?

That’s a shame.

No the M5 got written off when a nail went through the oil cooler while driving down the motorway. I’ve got an M3 now

Nice looking car, really like the green, good luck with the sale.

I have a b7 s4 cab, did you do the Jhm map yourself ? do you have the cable? Did you gut the pre cats to get to 400bhp?

Jesus. That must have been a one in a billion chance.

Which model M3?

I know it was so unlucky! Went straight through all the holes in the grille! Was just coming up to junction 13 and it started saying the oil was low and then started to judder and that was it.

It’s a 2018 F80 M3 competition pack. Not as refined as the M5 but really fun to drive and pretty quick

Thanks.

I did but I borrowed the cable from another member. I had the pre-cats gutted when the engine was out. It's so smooth and eager now (the tune gives it a 1:1 throttle) and the gutting makes it growl.

You're a BMW convert then?
