I was looking for similar and also drew a blank for RHD equivalents. Even Audi only sell the rear rubber matts...

I wanted the equivalent for my S4, as the model specific mats look way better.
When I found out they are LHD only, I emailed Audi AG - they told me there was no plans to offer a RHD version
 
I've got standard Q5 ones in mine cause can't get SQ RHD ones anywhere still today! They came with the car just never been able to change them.

I want the rubber ones out for standard Matt's too with logo on but can't find any of them either.

If anyone knows of anywhere to get them tho.. Gis a shout... Cheers

I got mine from my local Audi dealer but as above no SQ5 in r.h.d. version. Mine have the ''raised'' Q5 badge on the 2 front mats, rear are just plain.
