Two possibilities, either a HID bulb on it's last legs, or a faulty HID ballast.

Neither are particularly cheap, but the D3s bulb is cheaper than a new ballast so start with a replacement bulb first.

New bulb from Audi £170
Or get cheap pair from eBay from £25 and change both sides!

Fitting is remove bumper and then headlight or easier remove wheel and inner wheel arch!

Need a D3S bulb if you’ve got xenon fitted to yours.

Or look for a genuine Audi one...

I’ve used aftermarket cheap xenon bulbs before and they aren’t as bright or as white as genuine oe bulbs plus they don’t last as long.
Osram ,Philips and ring are oe manufacturers so get these brands rather than Audi branded ones.
Change the pair so you don’t get a colour mismatch as xenons changes colour as they age. Starts moving towards the blue/purple end of the spectrum.
Looking at your pics it could be ballast issue rather than bulb. Xenons bulb normally turn purply pink when they are about to blow in my experience not yellowy colour.

Swap the left headlight ballast to the right, they are interchangeable. If the right headlight works, then you have a faulty ballast. If the issue persists, you have a faulty bulb.
