Maybe I'm the one who hasn't seen it. It's seems Audi have updated more info about Audi Sport performance parts. In addition to more details for R8 and TTRS, even TTS has performance parts. really cool. Aero parts, new brake disc and pads etc. Wondering if there will be performance parts for RS3 :) What do you think? will TTRS Akrapovic exhaust fit into RS3?

Had exactly this issue on my S7, drove me nuts, especially at slow speeds.

Fitted EBC Redstuff pads after having two months. Problem gone - and bonus - no brake dust :racer:

With factory cars being so quiet post WLTP / latest sound Regs then a warranty friendly zorst upgrade upon delivery sounds like an ideal solution. Hopefully they do roll it out to all S/RS models.

TX.

My pre FL RS3 squeal all the time, now I got the FL RS3 and it's dosen't squeal at all...
Some few TTRS have the "old design" brake disc, same as preFL RS3. Which brake disc do you got on your TTRS?

The brake squeaking in traffic is driving me crazy. Going to order some "EBC Redstuff 3000 Series Premium Fast Street Pads" shortly going off the back of your comments if it'll solve the problem. Reduced brake dust is a good bonus too!

You have to think that the titanium sports exhaust will work perfectly on the RS3 as its the same engine and exhaust system.

I wonder what Audi would charge and if they would fit it to an RS3?

Called my Audi dealer and the parts dept says the exhaust in the TT is shorted than the RS3 and he doesn’t think it would fit but said he will look into it.

My PFL RS3 has the wavy discs and were terrible. The TTRS has the new brakes but still squeal.

Ok, hope it would fit. But I think it wouldn't be cheap…

Sorry I got confused. But when the first batch/early production of FL RS3 had the other brake discs. See the picture to the left. You see that drill holes are different. The picture to the right is the current brake disc on the FL RS3. Not sure if TTRS is the same situation but the FL TTRS seems to have same brake disc design as FL RS3 now.

As long as the mounting points are the same you can just get longer mid pipes made.

From Audi dealer:

Audi are going to be releasing a super sport complete system from Akrapovic for the RS
3 which is going to take around 8 weeks from ordering which is going to cost £7102.34+vat + fitting.

I definitely can not afford that - but maybe it will be available for cheaper from other sources. The main thing here is it’s a exhaust which won’t void warranty.

Can you share the details of what Audi dealers are able to supply the Performance Parts? I contacted Tom at Crewe Audi earlier today and he advised that these aren’t supplied in the UK. I’m interested to know what the cost of the 2 piece front discs are as well as the sport front pads.

£7k plus vat plus fitting for an exhaust... haha are they having a laugh :tearsofjoy::seenoevil:

I’d be interested in a set of akrapovic tips, a nice carbon set... then again they’d probably charge £2k for them too

3.5k including vat if it sounds good I’d get one but not a chance at that price lol

Audi sports exhaust already sounds amazing. Not a big fan of akrapovic, it’s MASSIVELY overpriced for what it is. Save £6800 and call in PCW from what everyone says!

I agree with doc, I didn’t think anyone could better the Audi Sports exhaust that Audi made for the rs3, many have tried but failed I believe

BullX sounds great and it doesn't rattle.
Not sure if it's worth the money though :)
