Hi

Have this fault on my b8.5 S4 2013. Believe it is the NSF rise height sensor.

Has anyone got a part number or can advise if they are easy to fit.

Thanks

Just get under & check directly.

Thanks. Just going to buy one of eBay. Audi want £140 for one.

Just replaced the sensor. But fault is still showing. Does anyone know if it needs some sort of fault clearing from a garage.

Cheers

Calibration.

Should of diagnosed it fully before condemning as could be number of things.

Garage pulled it as the problem. I think the part is different from the norm as it is for the adaptive lighting.

Looks like I have to suck it up and buy a genuine unit from audu

You're not listening & with respect.

You still have to calibrate when fitting these sensors.

Also, flagging it up & not repairing, urmmm.

Get someone who knows what they're doing to repair it, then you're happy.

Ok Point taken. Thanks

Levelling sensors generally are the same for adaptive & non as the left right is taken from the steering signals, so no need for different sensors & usually its a different levelling module for adaptive, not sensor.

The leveling module code that I removed 8K0 907 503, but the one I installed ends in 825p which is maybe the issue. Does installing the modules require a vcds reset.

Look thanks for all the help.

Is this a module. The lights are moving left right and up down as normal. Does a leveling sensor look different.

That's a levelling sensor, not a levelling module & yes it needs calibrating.

Great thanks. The part code is different to the one I put in. Only realised after removing it. Not sure if maybe this part has been superceeded with the 825 part as it does state it is compatible.

I will ask the garage to calibrate it and take it from there.

Thanks
