Bluetooth help

Today while messing around with VAG I noticed the car had bluetooth which for some reason someone before me had turned it off, I turned it on and it works fine... Kind of, my phone connects, I can make and receive calls, the person on the other end can hear me fine... But i cant hear them, Iv done some Googling and have seen there should be a 32 pin connector in the back of the RNS-E... Which there isnt.

Just done the scan again and got open circuits again, I have noticed the 4 speaker wires that are in the A block on the quadlock are not connected, I have also noticed there are 2 RCA cables running under the heater controls going towards the back but for the life of me cant find the other end of them, they are not connected to anything either, just hanging in the wind.

Does anyone know what speaker cable the phone audio comes out of?

I cant seem to find anything out of the norm, I just think its weird how everything works like the mic and everything, but then I cant hear people on the other end.
