Audi a3 2.0 tdi bkd turbo police siren noise

Hi guys turbo was changed one year ago. I am now hearing the police siren whistking noise on idle and when revving. What couco be the issue here? Can't see turbo failing after one year?

Car is remaped? Higher pressures make them whistle with stock exhaust

Could be a leak in a boost pipe? Depends where you got the new turbo from and if you replaced the oil hoses. Also depends on how you drive the car, especially from cold.
 
You have been given some advice. Bumping won’t make any more come. Have you followed up on the advice given and have anything to report?

Car is remapped for over a year and didn't make this noise before
