Hi,

Please can someone help...this noise is driving me CRAZY!!! The video doesn’t do it justice.

I’m hoping it’s a common problem and easy fix.

Thanks!

Could it be the Seat belt height adjuster on the B-pillar?

Wrong description!

Not a rattle more like a buzz, like a bee whizzing past now and again.

Could be the seat belt rubbing on the pillar entrance ?

The video doesn’t do it justice as it picks up more on road noise - but as a driver the noise deffo overpowers other noises.

Correct, I’ve stated rattle but it is more of a buzz noise. It 100% sounds like it’s coming from the door pillar and not anywhere else.

I had the door card off yesterday to check for any issues and I couldn’t identify any. After re fit the noise is still there.

I have a look at the seat belt entrance to see if it that’s.

Is it worth going to Audi? (still have warranty) - this noise can be replicated as it’s every time you drive.

Have you checked it’s not a keyring on your keys that’s vibrating away? I’ve had some of the dealer branded key rings that liked flapping away especially on rough roads.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions...I sprayed WD40 onto a micro fibre and rubbed it along the entirety of the rubber drivers door seal (the door and the inside of the car)...to my amazement it has stopped the noise completely!
