Just wondered what people use to touch up lacquer chips on diamond cut alloys.

I took my car to have new tyres fitted and noticed that they had damaged my alloy.

the owner apologized and has agreed to pay for it to be sorted out.

however as i am going to damage them again at some point we agreed he would pick up the tab when i decided to get them refurbished.

i was think of touching the area up as it seems to be a coating that has come off.

I would get it professionally done.

Not worth trying to do it yourself it will never look as good

They have admitted the damage so I would fix it while it is fresh in their mind

If you just want to stop it corroding get a Matt lacquer and touch it in.

I would ring a mobile wheel refurbisher. They would probably rub that down and re-laquer the whole wheel for no more than £50.
