Hi guys,

Couldn’t find any similar threads so apologies in advance.

Getting air fitted to my Audi S3 sportback next month and still looking for some alloys to fit nicely!

What’s everyone running? Sizes? Tyre? Etc and if you experience any rubbing what so ever!

Many thanks in advance! Pictures are encouraged

I have A4 DTM's powder coated black 18x8x225 ET44 on lowered S3

Are you going to leave other suspension parts stock?

Will be getting adjustable top mounts and control arms in the future, if you’ve got suggestions feel free to swing them across - first time with air getting installed

I thought half the fun was in fitting the system? What are you getting fitted? Pictures please. My favourite size is 8.5 ET 35. I've had several sets. They sit pretty flush without spacers.

couldn’t trust myself to fit the air after I’ve just paid for the car myself haha! Don’t have the time to do it at the moment anyway, I’m looking at getting some 18” 8.5j square et 33 wheels, think il be okay?

Wheels will be too far out the arch, don't bother with air especially on a performance car. Had it on mine and it was horrid, ride was either bouncy and the car was all over the road or was too hard when firming up the dampeners. Car never raised to the right height, had to go past the preset and lower back down to get the height right and the adjustable top mounts are horrid, so much noise comes through the cabin it's unreal. Put a decent set of coilovers on it, it's really not worth the money it costs
