A1 Self leveling headlights

I have a A1 S-line 65 plate 1.4 tfsi and the headlights go up and down even when the car is being driven. They don't seem to level out. Any ideas?

The self-levelling switch (16) sits above the exhaust pipe and does suffer so you need to check both switch and arm (16) and electrical connector (not shown):

I don't have a photo of the installation on our A1 but here it is on our RS3:
