GOLF MK 7.5 facelift dynamic rear tailights retro fitted to a MK 7

Hi, I have a 2107 GOLF 7 and would like to retrofit the facelift GOLF 7.5 sweeping rear tailights into it. Is there anyway to do this without the need for adaptor harnesses? Hope someone may know how to do this, thanks in advance.

yes its possible but not easy to explain have done around 50 of them
