Spoke to a solicitor last night. They said it all sounds dodgy and that probate doesn't take over 2 years to do. Also he seems to think inheritance tax doesn't need paying

When I last spoke to my uncle he said to me i've sold the house privately and he said how much and I thought to myself no way it's worth that so I was bored at work and looked up the area on rightmove. He told me agents where sniffing round it and he told them all to naff off i've sold it. The house is on F***ing rightmove!!!!! Seriously you moron did you not think I would find out??? He has even added an extra bedroom. Called the estate agent but no answer. You know what I can admit i'm an A hole at times but to rip off your dead brothers kids is LOW. I've been renting my own properties for 10 years now did you really think I wouldn't find out or have no clue???? Only reason i've let this drag on for so long is I never would of thought he would do this and he said he was so upset now his mother is dead after losing his only brother. Greed just pure greed!!!!

Hertfordshire Police I think a just flipping useless!!!!!
So i'd say where I live for the last 18 months or so there have been issues with begging and drug dealing. As I live on a main road and curtain twitch a bit I do tend to notice these problems but the last 2 months it's getting beyond a joke and considering I work 5 days a week so I am hardly at home i'm just shocked how often it's happening. The main culprit has a CBO against him for begging and has a heroin problem as well as being a child beater, i've filmed him buying drugs and even on fb local residents have filmed him but whenever I report it the cops they take 30-45 mins to come and miss him. Him and his mates have got banning orders from 2 local properties but when I asked the police to ban him from my tenants flat next door to me they ignored me (even tho they can do it with my permission) but then had the cheek to moan at me because my tenant is friends with these d!ckheads!!! Anyway the tenant has been issued a section 21 and should be gone by Feb. Tenant is an old boy and these druggies have taken advantage of him and after reporting this to the police and local council no one wanted to help him so unfortunately I don't want this being my problem anymore. Anyway after complaining to the head of Herts police for the lack of action I get a stroppy from a detective telling me I need to stop moaning about the local force, I emailed him back saying look i'm no John Luther but even i've worked who the local dealers are and who's buying but no one seems to get arrested so pull your finger out. Anyway after a phone call from them there telling me the problem isn't as bad as I am making out but I said ok answer me this? Why is it last week a drug addict went into my wifes business round the corner from our home and stole a sign from her shop and I sent you the CCTV but no action was taken? Then this week when I am food shopping I get approached from some skag head asking me for money. Not only that local skag heads are camping in the local church graveyard and I know one of them has a fake council ID and is posing as a social worker after I challenged her, And I tell you what is was a ****** good fake. Under the freedom of information act I have asked this for how people in the area have been arrested for Class A and dealing as well as begging but there getting all awkward now and trying not to get me the info. Not only that but lots of cars have been broken into and had stuff nicked and one of them who has been caught 3 times is a known drug offender!!! Neighbours have said to me they probably don't touch my cars as they all hang out with the tenant next door to me but I bet as seen as he is gone i'll be a target.
Am I wrong not wanting drugs on my street? End of the day I live in a village not South Central LA. Is there anyway I can get the cops to pull there thumb out there backside?

I was going to be policeman until I failed the interview when they found out that my parents were married.
You are not being mad wanting drugs away from where you stay.If the chief constable is no good go to your local mp and complain.

Funny enough the wife was talking to a customer yesterday who used to be a cop and they said unfortunately the police force is just crap now and its half the reason why she left. They said stop phoning 101 and don't feel bad for calling 999 to report him and she said say he has a knife and they will come ASAP. I've been watching this guy on youtube called 'crime bodge' and it's very interesting what this guy knows about the law and points out how useless the police are now and its shocking. If you lie to the police its not an offence and if you 'sign' a statement of truth or go to court over it you will not be prosecuted if you believe the lie to be true. So yes next I see him I will just say there is a guy outside waving his hands about and it looks like he has a knife in his hands. Job done
Great more agro at home last night. Left work and got on my driveway around 6.30pm and got out the car and walked up my pathway to the front door to see some bloke with his back to me in front of the door. I said can I help you? Well he had this rabbit in the headlights look on his face and then said no. I said to him what are doing and what's in your hands? He nothing and pushed me out the way and ran!! So I am assume I was about to get broken into. Thing is did he really think no one would catch him at that time of night? Dunno if hes to do with the local skag heads but never seen him before. Can only think i've been watched and these thieves know when there's no cars about then we are not in. None of my blind neighbours noticed him

On my route to / from home (60, 40 & 30mph limits) they drive at 45 all of the last 10 miles.

You’ve been following slower vehicles for a while. Then approaching red traffic lights where the road turns into two lanes each side, but only for a couple of hundred yards either side of the lights, someone else in front of you pulls into the overtaking lane. They then pull away at tortoise speed, meaning you can’t get past the slow vehicle

Had that last night on a dual carriageway, travelling at 73 mph with cruise control on, catching the car in front fast, pull out to overtake, driving parallel for 30 sec or so, eventually they slow and 30 sec later I'm 1/4 mile ahead, still with cruise on.
Happens all the time, is it because people are drawn to Audis ?
So called dog lovers who walk their dogs in parks and public foot paths and refuse to pick up the dogs doings...(poo) and give us sensible owners a bad name...

Until last month I was driving a Skoda almost always using C/C on motorways; almost always set to around that same speed and it often happened to me too. Some people just don't like to be overtaken perhaps?
Potholes, dropped grids, poor repairs in our roadways!
Just had a couple of days with a 2019 all-singing-all-dancing Audi Q5 care of wonderful Stafford Audi while our A1 was having a regular service. The Q5 had been arranged for me/us to evaluate a modern/new/current Audi (19-inch rims!!) SUV against our current A1/TT/and RS3 over local roads, and guess what our/my conclusion is? Yep, our local Staffordshire/Cannock Chase roads are ****! OK, that word may be deleted, but it starts with an 'S' and ends with a 'T'.
What to do? We give 14-billion £s away every year to whoever, whatever, (and some are sending rockets into outer-space) but that's what we do, and still we have 'S' ----'T' roads.
Can't wait for the next local and/or National person seeking my support for their representation.
Note that I haven't included EU representation, surely they'll not be that stupid!
Oh, the POOR state of our roads is the ONLY thing I hate anything; usually I don't hate, far too 'other' many things to do....

The numpty in a honda in 3 rd lane of M6 who wouldn't move /didn't see the Ambulance with blues on coming up behind him ,
The bigger numpty pulling out in front of a Traffic car on M58 again with lights on .
The home bargains lorry who passed everything in the 50mph roadworks on the M6 (when we were doing 50)along with all the cars , vans etc etc who don't slow down for same , where are the police speed traps then .(They would make a fortune .)
The van driver joining the m6 with no intention of slowing as I was in inside lane getting overtaken so could not move over (which I normally do ) and he was talking on his Phone ……
The driving standard on the motorways are shocking ,No one seems to look before pulling out .

It's the mentality of a lot of people nowadays, look after number one and screw everyone else.
Not just on the roads but in everyday lives, People just need to relax and respect others, A bit idealistic I know but one can dream.
