Facelift Sound/Bass weaker after Service Audi S3

Hi all, wonder if anyone could shed any light..

I had my first service (oil change only) on my 67 plate S3 on friday at an Audi dealer. Ever since, it seems as though my sound output has become incredibly weaker in terms of bass and sub woofer. I have tried resetting my sound settings and setting them up again (usually full bass and subwoofer) but it still seems alot weaker than before.

For context - I have and still have,a bass and subwoofer control within my sound settings, so it does rule out the issue some people have experienced.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Make sure the sub is plugged in
They might have needed to remove the spare wheel to do something, the n it might not have got plugged back in

Spot on, the "technician" who had done my oil change had left the cabel trapped under the spare wheel all twisted up. They're sending someone out today to check if the wires damaged at all
