I'm having a nightmare with repairs to my car.
Let's start the story:
In February my turbocharger wastegate solenoid developed a fault which caused the car to go into limp home mode. I diagnosed the fault, with VCDS, and ordered a replacement part on this site and had it fitted by a local garage with access to ODIS, they even checked the wiring from the ECU to the actuator for free to ensure that the actuator was the problem.
Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. EPC light and limp home mode. I diagnosed the actuator again with VCDS. So I booked it in with my local Audi for them to replace it under warranty. They discover that the wiring has been damaged in the ECU and actuator plugs.
Need advice on what I can do. I'm out of pocket £218.40 to Audi for them diagnosing it and can't afford any more for what seems like someone else's mistake.
Please help.
Sorry for the essay.
