What A3 should I get?

UPDATE - Well I have just put a deposit down on a 2011 3 door Ibis white s3 S-Line 2ltr 170 Quattro diesel. It has only done 56000 and has full leather interior and the RNS-E Audi Navigation Plus. After a lot of deliberating, I decided to go with a diesel because I just couldn't live with myself if I got a petrol and it went pear shaped. Too many horror stories for my liking. I took my nephew with me who is a mechanic and we both confirmed it was all good. The haldex service has been done at the last service 5 months back and has been serviced generally every year (the car). Does need for new tyres though and I wangled him down £450 for those :). Total cost - £7550 (had it up for £8000). Oh just another cosmetic issue - comes with the black edition rotors and two of those need a refurb. Quite chuffed at the moment!

Nice one sounds like a good spec and a good colour aswell.
Just one tip, if Audi have done the haldex service they 100% will not have changed the haldex filter as they claim on the facelift models it doesn’t have one when it actually does. Get it changed yourself or by an independent garage and you’ll have to change the fluid again at the same time. you’ll also probably have to provide the oil and filter but it will save you problems as the haldex pump packs in eventually when the filter isn’t changed.

Thanks for the heads up! I will look into this a bit more once I have the car later today. Crazy to think that Audi needs to educated on their own cars. Thanks for your help Ab & to everyone who has given me insight and help in choosing my A3!

Highly recommend replacing G450 Sensor, did one last week on a 2011 CR 2.0 TDI since DPF & Coil was on yet nothing on VCDS log regarding the sensor. Over a few years of use the EGT temps make the sensor readings drift thus not good for DPF.

Preventative maintenance, and costs about £30 for the part

Something on my to do list - Not checked if it has been done, but for the price it will be anyway. It needs to be re-coded or adapted, doesn't it?
