LED headlights functionality question

Having seach the forum and haven't quit found the answer that I'm looking for.

Thinking of replacing my 2013 A3 with an A4 and going through the options for headlights. Being from denmark I have used the configurator available on the danish audi site.
But I find it difficult to find all information about the full LED headlight(not the LED matrix) option other than of course LED front (high and low beam) and rear, the dynamic turn signal.
When looking at the german audi site it mentions other functions as well, like:

Could the LED headlight provide different functionality depending on country? I have talked to an audi sales person about this and he never heard about "motorway light" and thought that I was refering to the matrix headlights or high beam assist.

I'm hoping that some one on this forum could confirm that these functions accually exists with the LED headhlights

Thanks Daggert and cuke2u for answering, the all weather stuff I wasn't aware of. But is seems that there are more to the LED headlights than just LED and dynamic turn signal. Hopefully this counts for Denmark as well.
Just frustration that no information is written on the web site and that the Audi sales person give me the crazy person look when I asked about motorway light.
