It's been a long time since I participated in this thread, eventually picked the camera back up yesterday.

I now have the dilema of swapping my Sony 100-400GM for the new Sony 200-600, I'm not too sure what to do.

Anyway, here's one from yesterday...

Sony A7R3
Canon 400mm ƒ/2.8
ƒ/4.0
560.0 mm
1/200
ISO 800

(Huge crop)

Kingfisher... by Matt Smith, on Flickr

I kept reducing the shutter speed to try and capture the rain drops.

That's a lovely picture.
Kingfishers are so pretty and striking especially across there wings in flight.

I seen a green woodpecker the other day but was too quick for me to whip my phone out for a pic.
The colours were unbelievable.
Bottle green fading to bright yellow, and a flash of red on its head.
Would have created a fantastic shot, even on my Google pixel phone.
Sad times

Probably my favourite ever photo. First day out with a new 150-600mm lens and it did not disappoint.
