Hi, drove down to cornwall for a holiday all good til I get onto the a30, going steady up hill I can feel the car surging/hunting slightly.
So after a few days of driving around the Cornish country lanes the surging has gotten worse but now with loads of black smoke and induction noise like it's sucking air, could of course be blowing.
I've unplugged the maf now I've got no smoke or surging but no power at all struggles to get up steep hills, it has thrown the engine management light on tho, so I guess it's in limp mode.
Had a quick look at the hoses but can't seem to find a big split. Was else should I look for?
