Definitely need more pics! Nardo is a great colour on the RS4, not doubt about it.
 
I have noticed that there is no option to have alcantara wheels on UK RS4 and RS5 cars?!

Am I correct with that? If so that seems strange. I love the alcantara on my RS3 and to not have that option when cars in Germany can have full alcantara wheels seems strange.

Well.... you can actually do it a lot cheaper... I’m looking into it with a company at the moment. Looking like power output goes up to about 550... same as the ABT I believe. No fancy bits on the outside but performance not far off and will probably pop and bang a bit more.. For a fraction of the ABT cost

Is it a 55 litre tank? If so bigger tank than the RS3 and returning less miles per tank than the RS3 :) my first fill up though tbf.

Saw a RS4 carbon edition in Daytona grey today at Brighton Audi. Still in it’s white delivery wrap.

Couldn’t really tell how it looked but I noticed the wheels that are also on the RS5. Made me want fancier wheels on my RS3!

RS4 is a much nicer place to sit and drive; technology moved on massively as mine was a PFL of course. Speed wise about the same imho although it does feel faster as torque is up by about 100 vs RS3. Major change is the noise, there isn't any! I'm giving it a chance to "loosen up" though before doing anything about that ;) overall a lovely car just less raw vs RS3. I'd say the 3 is a hooligan and the 4 a city gent :)

Yep sports exhaust. Needs a few k to loosen up AFAIK so will wait and see. Don't get me wrong it sounds lovely just no where near as loud as the RS3. We said at the time though that Audi got away with one ;)

Forgot to mention, the other day I pulled out of a junction pinned the throttle a tad and the back end came out! Never had that happen in the 3.

Haven't been on this forum for a few years, but I have my B9 coming in a few weeks
It'll look very similar to Terminator's car, much like we discovered on another forum

Oh yes...absolutely loving RS4 .... but I have just landed a contract involving 500 miles a week motorway travel so looking for a hack for a year. Sod's law just sold one ... Grrr So any ideas.. really want 35-40mpg and not fussed Diesel or petrol. Prefer quattro... Up to £22k cash or dreaded PCP again.

Plenty about and if you pick a nice one you should be able to move it on easy enough too when you are done with it.

Mines has been sat at QC since build date of 2nd April 2018. Not sure if tracker is behind, i guess some people have reported up to 2 weeks in QC. Having the tracker is certainly worse than not having it!!!!!

The tracker was a bit out on mine. I picked mine up from the dealer today, and the tracker still shows it as in transit between Germany and the UK

Mine finally jumped and its now in the UK. Skipped status 39 and jumped from 38 to 40 today. took 2 weeks from Left factory to arriving in the UK.

Hoping it is really behind and it will be at dealers next week, which allows them to rip out the phone booster, which again is annoying. Have any of you other RS4 owners received a recall notice as yet?

I wonder if you could tell them to F*** off, as it will lower reception on your phone.

So I picked up my RS4 on Thursday...

Thoughts?

It’s a beast, the available power is unreal although I’ve not opened it up yet as I’m bedding it in. Coming from a PFL RS3 the exhaust tone takes a bit of getting used to - it’s a lot more muted, especially with the acoustic glass. But I think it suits the car as it’s a lot less boy racer in every way than the RS3 and I was tired of it’s pops and bangs. I guess my neighbours will be breathing a sigh of relief.

The tech and attention to detail is unreal. It feels very refined and comfortable. It drives solidly and feels a lot smaller than it is. Handling seems immense but I’ve not put it to the test yet. The little things, like the massage seats and the ambient interior lighting - make the cabin a very, very nice place to be.

I chose Sonoma Green, not for everyone but I’m personally in love with the colour. Real life photos don’t do it justice. It’s the stand out choice for me and really turns heads...

Only done 100 miles or so. But absolutely loving every single one. Very happy with my choice. Thought I would miss the RS3 but it’s on a completely different level.

Getting her detailed and glass coated next week, I’ll post some photos up when it’s done...

Noise gets better over time too. Bit more "cultured" vs the 3 agreed.

Guys, quick query, do your paddles light up red on the plus & minus when interior illumination or night time, as all other paddles I've known have done, but there's a question mark over some new ones, pic of them would be most appreciated please, thanks.
