Planning going to the tt on my bike this year hopefully but not sure where to start, it seems everything is booked up, has anyone been?

Been a fair few times on the bike, aswesome .
You need to get booked in way ahead really as all the best places get booked almost as soon as the current TT finishes.....
unless your going to camp you maybe struggling a bit now to find decent accomadation, you may have better luck looking for places out in the sticks.

You will struggle now, keep trying for any cancellations etc. Also expect very high ferry prices around the £250-£300 even for a bike.

I have camping in my head for accommodation, I'm not willing to fork out ludicrous money for a hotel etc ferry prices seem extreme if you can get one that is, read a thing about getting ferry over to Ireland then isle of man could be an option because direct route is booked up, hmm

There's a person in my village who has bikes that compete in the TT classic race. He spends fortunes throughout the year sourcing parts and spares - more often than not he always comes back disappointed. Not sure what his motivation is to keep doing it year after year for zero return.
