The fan blower doesn't work (2009 8P A3 SB)

Hi All,

I'm looking for a bit of advice.

My Audi A3 fan blower stopped working over a week ago. I've purchased a new one, fitted it in the fan is working but there is no airflow through the vents. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
 
Ideally a scan & basic setting of HVAC moduke may help.

Probably need plugging in then. Next thing to try would be the controls. Do you have climate control? Can you get it to work by turning the temperature very high or low rather than using a dial?

The problem is regardless which button I press (windscreen, middle or feet vent) it doesn't fed any air through with the fan working on full speed.
 
Yes, I can. The fun speed works fine. It's just the controls for the vents do not work and not blowing any air ..
 
Guys, problem solved! It turned out that soldering on the fan blower was done wrong way round ! Thanks for all your help!
