Just heard an Audi Marketing Director, on BBC Radio suggest that, from 2020, Audi will cease production of all diesel cars following the dieselgate scandal fallout and billions lost. Not only that, they will no longer cover warranties of diesel cars after that date. Apparently ploughing funds into autonomous / electric vehicles.

How lovely , silent killers, the rise of the machines.

Diesel will and can be made cleaner without digging up the roads as infrastructure is present .

Diesel will get priced out imho with less and less people buying them. Dirty filthy cars anyway ;)
