ABS coding for ACC+Lane Assist

Can someone help me regarding this codification
I have a A3 8V 1.6 TDI and i have retrofited ACC and side assist
My problem is the address 3 (brakes) i must config for those elements and i can't get it working
This is my config

and it seems i must change byte 24 and byte 26
Byte 24 is 02 (to enable ACC and other like lane assist)
Byte 26 is 00
Iv'e tried to put 14, F4, F8 in byte 24 with no success, out of range error

Also there is no coding for Side Assist in the ABS module

Can anyone knows the byte definition of this module?
I mean byte 0 is tipe car

example
13 is A3 limousine
12 is A3 sportback
...

byte 1 is mark of car

example F1 is Audi

You can't just copy the complete code to your car as it will be different , however you can unpick the code and use what is relevant.
No offence but do you know what you are doing with vcds?

I just want to enable acc in abs....
What i have seen is to change byte 24.
But the value is not accepted...
That's why i have asked help regarding this issue
Your code is totally different from mine...
 
Byte 24 in my coding is 18

Did you try entering a security access code first?

From the manual i'm seeing it say
14 ACC + manual gear
F4 ACC+ lane assist

I must wait from the rear sensors with PLA because it's mandatory, then i will try again

Just to avoid any confusion, have you fitted side assist or lane assist?

Both of them
I have installed side assist+ acc + front camera.
What i see is acc and front camera are related but acc can work without front camera.
Side assist is independent ..
I will wait until the rear abs sensor to arrive to try the final codification.
Any advice regarding side assist?

I must enable module 19 gateway, module 3 AbS, module 17 instruments and module 5f right?
Is front amera related to side assist too?

There is some coding related to the front camera for the side assist if you have it fitted.
For the side assist coding you need to make changes in
Gateway 19 first to enable side assist then,

I have Audi A3 8V 2015 with auto transmission 1.4 TFSI as well and I want to know if you successfully coded it, I bought an ACC retrofit but I don't have a coding manual.

Which bytes did you change and what ECUs?

If the car has no acc you can only use this sensor: 5Q0 907 541 with 5Q0 907 461 A (buy as 1 piece to skip calibration.)
Car must have cruise control.

Need:
sensor: 5Q0 907 541 with 5Q0 907 461 A (150euroto 200 is going price)
cable set (ali express) 12euro
bracket (audi) 15 euro
stalks Facelift and prefacelift fit both. (ebay) 75euro
abs sensors WHT 003 857 A (only if you have pla you have this already.)
Odis to remove cp (online)

You need gw high!! (xenon or above, or lane /side assist installed is right gw)

and Brakes work if i enter 18 instead of f8

I have Dsg 1.4 TFSI diesel engine so for pla sensors i entered F0 instead of 50

what do you think?
 
There is a pull down window to code the stalks so the acc button works.

Something steering related... ill search when i get home.

Take a look at rear suspention. If multilink you need 50. If axle connects with large beam you need f0

You have lots off errors while coding. They clear when acc works.

F0 or 50 does not matter. Will throw an error when over 70kmh. Than you pick the other.

Make sure you use the right acc sensor and change ABS sensors.

1.4 tfsi diesel???? Thats funny..

18 in ABS could be right. (Looks logical) F8 is acc and lane assist...

There should be a pull down window in either 44 or 16 to activate the stalks.

If any question about multilink please Google it..

I am trying to revert to cruise control now again, it throws a dtc in the transmission saying lost communication with acc although i reverted all the steps back.

I tried cruise control it works but engine keeps accelerating and decelerating arohnd set point.

Is there any security or login code that prevents going from acc to cc back?
 
questions:

Did you change the stalks with one with acc?
Do you have the acc sensor with partnumber 5Q0 907 541?
Did you install the abs sensors WHT 003 857 A?
Is component protection active on acc sensor?

Without 1 of these the acc will not work.

Please post an autoscan from vcds. We can assist you with the errors in the scan.

Please post an autoscan. I hope you made a backup...
 
Do you have a diesel? (1.6tdi) or a gassoline 1.4 tsi?(tfsi) Not that it matters for acc install.

I have the wheel speed sensors (WHT 003 857 A) installed, could you plz provide me with links for the rest of the components as I searched and I am not really sure my vehicle is Audi A3 8v 1.4L TFSI 2015 as well ?

Is it essential to remove cp by ODIS? as I coded other functions before like LKA and it wasn't needed to disable component protection.

You can take one from q2. They fit too!

You need odis to remove CP, no way arround this. You can ask audi/vag to do this.
Expect to pay 50 euros to remove CP. If you have odis and 5054 (win7) you can do this for 30 usd using chinese remote login.
LKA (lane keep assistant) has no cp.
Side assist pre facelift also no cp (cast iron). Facelift you need to remove Cp (plastic).

5Q0907541 You need this sensor because its the only sensor that does not have svc code. Newer sensors need fec on gateway to enable the acc funktion. SVC code looks at the gateway for installed fec codes. If no fec for acc, you canot enable. This sensor has no sfc, so no need for fec. There are ways to enable fec, but they are very expensive and i only know 1 retrofitter who can do this. There are hacked acc sensor and gateways. But no idea how this works..

Enabling a fec code: You tell vag you have added options to your car: (driveselect works the same.)
After this vag enables the gateway to add the options.

Forgot to add: You need to open the grille where the acc sensor sits.

If you have lane assist you need to add 2 can cables from acc to a5 camera.

I didn't code the stalks correctly that is why I had a DTC but everything is removed right now and no DTCs, the strange thing is i didn't use ODIS. Does this mean the car had already CP removed?, What will happen if I coded everything and I didn't remove CP or used ODIS?

Maybe this was my problem when i tried to revert from acc to cc back?

Also, if needed how can I get a chinese remote access for ODIS and what do I need to do?

Acc has cp.. You get an error in vcds. Without cp enabled everything works except acc. (and cruise control) The acc sensor is the one triggering the cp. Remove acc sensor cp is gone. With acc attached you can code it, but it will never work without cp removal.

To remove cp from acc you need odis 5,13 or 5.16 , the vag 5054 , a laptop with windows 7 and an online account. (got whatsapp nr for you if you want) Make laptop dedicated for you audi (old laptop is ok as long as its capable to go online.)

If you want to remove cp from acc:
Make sure you have installled teamviewer 14 on laptop, disable all virus scanners including windows own..
start odis.
1st time you need to set the scantool to 5054
In odis start diagnostics.
Afer full scan of car open acc in the diagnostic scan en search for component protection. Klik and follow instructions.
Make sure you ask the guys with the online account that they can help you at that moment. They can be really busy....
After removing cp, make sure you exit the program completly, or things like fatige warning will be gone...

Again: if you only install acc, get in touch with your dealer and remove cp. Faster and cheaper...
Any vag dealer can do this. (skoda /seat/vw/audi/ lambo/bentley/man truck dealers...)Just make sure your acc is the round one..

1,0 , 1.4 tfsi, and 1.6 tdi try F0,
1.5,1.8,2.0,2.5tfsi and 2.0 tdi try 50.
1,4 tfsi you have both suspention options...
