Q5 MPG 2018 model UK

Hi all

I’m getting 33 maximum and I don’t drive like a loony!! The spec says 53-56 mpg...I know the official Audi figures are high but surely 33 is not right?? Car has done 3000 Miles.

TDI I assume if the advertised are that high.

What sort of journeys are you doing? Short urban drives? long motorway drives?

Mix of short town trips and motorway. Mainly short trips to be fair. Yes it’s the new Q5 2.0 tdi.

The Diesel engine isn’t getting warm enough on short journeys to yield the expected return IMO.

It’s also cold outside which will cost you a few mpg
