Only a Revo stage 1 on the 150 mate.
What's it like worth doing had it on the rollers yet did you see a mpg improvement

Def worth doing. The power difference is like night and day. MPG is roughly the same to be honest. 60 MPG on motor way if you’re coasting in 6th etc. Stage 1 you’re looking at 190bhp with around 320 ft torque. Def worth the money. Booting it in 2nd gear at 20 mph off a roundabout never gets boring :)

They've been threatening better dpf mot testing for years !

A car with a dpf removed and correctly mapped hardly smokes , the mot smoke opacity test limit is 1.50 , a non dpf derv is 3.00.

How is it then a 3.00 limit vehicle without a dpf can read 0.13 - 0.19 ( 2003 VAG 1.9tdi AWX engine ) well below a 1.50 dpf test limit even a 2002 BMW 3.0d recorded 0.35 .

It's too slack and allows mobile bonfires like 54 plate Transits , Defenders etc to chuck out huge amounts of unburnt hydrocarbons .

Easy and simple would be reduce the limits that would reduce diesel particulates , but these government idiots just want to punish the wrong victim .

They should charge road tax for the actual reading of the vehicle not just what the manufacturers say the emission level is.

As mentioned, there are vehicles pumping out pollution that just manage "pass" the MOT.

If what you paid yearly depended on the reading at the test, it may encourage better maintenance to keep the engine running efficiently and as cleanly as possible, especially as they get older.

Thoughts?

Would agree with this would make people look after their cars better

You don't really need a DPF delete to get good gains.

Close to 190bhp with good reliability.

Rick
I was sort of coming to that conclusion myself as i haven't yet seen many people that had got rid

The extra energy and therefore, heat created by a sensible remap may actually help to improve long term DPF cleanliness.
