im just about to hit 10k miles in my 2017 s3 saloon. Looking at the long term mpg average , it is sat at 29.8 so pretty happy with that as I do a mixture of driving. I did get 37mpg for the 450mile drive back from the Nurburgring last week and we weren't hanging around. It does seem to have improved as the car gets older.

66 plate, 14,000 miles in and easily get 41 mpg on a steady average 60mph run into work in E mode.

My 10k average is 30.9mpg (actually 11k as that's what I've just hit). Most of my driving is town driving but I do get out to do a fun blast around once a week and then I do have the occasional long boring drive (A9 in Scotland) which helps the mpg soar

How do you find your 10k average, does the car work it out? I've owned mine for about 2k miles now and would like to know as it may give me an idea as to how the previous owner drove it!

I think people are either using the onboard computer or some may track manually, I don't think the car gives you a 10k average specifically.

Yeah I use FuelLog on Android. You add each fill-up and it shows you graphs and stats :-D
