chinafold bolts for my k04

I used 70mm with nordlocks.

Having the same issues as all above, getting a slight blow on startup, otherwise no blows, I'm running stainless 12.9/65mm long on my sencond genuine gasket, didn't think of checking surface before fitting, have had a lot of problems with the car, but this one is breaking me

My manifold just puts me away from fitting it, it's full of lows and highs as well...

@GRELA dont do it, if I could go back I'd have just ported a genuine one.

Just feels like a big waste of money to me at the minute, i want to sell the car too so spending even more money isn't an option to be honest lol
 
New bolts arrived, so if it loosens again il throw the 70mm ones in as advised by @xDaNx
 
So think this chinafold is going to have to come off and sent to get skimmed, has anybody taken one off without taking the head off ?
 
Front axle/beam out with the rack, loosen the turbo or remove it (exhauast too) and then tackle the manifold.

Mine ran perfect on Monday, done some logs and boost seemed to hold fine but now it sounds very leaky like there's a blow somewhere but it's more sounding like a biost leak somewhere, might get a chance to smoke test it tommorow...
