locking issue

Hi, have a weird issue with the locks on my 3 door.
was driving today and the car locked itself as usual. it then started unlocking and locking again automatically. i had to stop and turn autolock off via the mfd settings.

i then locked the car using the button and the car did not unlock itself.
turned the autolock back on and the issue has appeared again.

the doors unlock/ lock properly with the key

does anyone have any idea on what this is,

Most likely door module issue. Had the same problem, on preface however.

Did you notice your interior lights go on and off at the same time when that happens? If so it could be ignition barrel (i think it called that). Before i had mine changed it did the same + interior disco lights.
It's ~ 30£.

didn't look at the interior lights to be honest, ill have a test today, £30 for the part and what about fitting, im guessing it needs coding in. my indicators are playing up too so something elictrical looks like its going on

just had it scanned, comes back as no signal from the passengers door lock mechanism. £300 to replace.
im just going to turn the autolock of and lock myself, as all doors open and lock properly.

Also had other fault codes on the convenience module was told. the garage took all my led interior bulbs out and these dissapeared. advised not to use led bulbs in the interior now.

Its a common fault, I had this on my 5 door, passenger side eventually stopped working then could no longer open remotely.
