MMI Connect App

Got my new S3 at weekend and love it.

I've got the Advanced Technology Pack with the Virtual Cockpit so I've been playing with the various connectivity options. I tried to see what I can do with the MMI Connect App and this requires you to register. It seems this uses the alternative http://login.audi.com rather than http://audi.co.uk/youraudi that anyone who has ordered a car in the last couple of years will no doubt have used.

I've registered with login.audi.com but when I go to login it says 'A Problem Has Occurred'. I've raised it with CS and they didn't seem to understand so they're checking with Germany and have promised to get back to me.

Can anyone make sense of the different portals and whether anyone uses MMI Connect?

Yeah spoke to Audi CS again today. Said there is an IT problem and to check again in a few days. Still not convinced, looks more like my account has got screwed up in some way and probably needs deleting so I can register again.
