Facelift Audi connect problem

Had problems with this ever since i got my car, at the weekend was out a drive and it started working google maps flight arrivals weather everything all day was spot on and thought finally thats it working. Then next day back to square one, its not any trouble with internet connection ( im 80% sure ) when i open it up the only options i ever get is wifi audio player nothing else. My friend got a new a4 and as soon as i clicked on his everything is there so that ****** me off a bit haha, has anyone else had the same issue as me?

Mine connects when you don't need it! When I'm in a rush or trying to find a place it doesn't want to connect- weird

Going to try and get it sorted today or tomorrow if a cant going to take it down to audi as its one of the main features of the mmi they use as a selling point and it never works!

audi upgrades
Mine has stopped connecting!! All I get is the wifi audio player. It's been like that the last couple of days!! Has been working fine since collection day back in March!!!

This is exactly what i have had since back in december, only worked for 3 days in the time i have had it, tried all factory resets etc still not worked. Going in for a service next week so getting them to get it looked at and get it sorted doesnt work with embedded sim in the car or a sim that i have inserted. When trying to connect just says checking license then says cant connect to myaudi server.

Lol Nice car & colour mate!! Think a trip to the dealers is in order as I'm stumped at what the cause is and how to fix it myself!

Least yours worked at some point unlike mine, hopefully get it sorted nothing worse than having it there and it doesnt work. I stress myself out over it every couple of days

Just been away into town and guess what? Connect worked there and back no problems!! Bizarre to say the least!!

Just done the mmi reset out of chance ( holding down 3 buttons ) and it worked so will keep an eye on it but hopefully that should be it now
