The car is very subtle, it doesn't stand out much I will admit. Everybody in work didn't notice mine as being anything special, colleague in work bought an Ara Blue S3, everybody has been going nuts over it. Just been telling them they have been parking next to one for 5 months
People don't believe they are the same. It's good in some ways and disappointing in another.

I've ordered a '2 door ' arriving in July, even though it's classed as a 3 door. Saw the exact same in Audi today although it was a used one. See pics. Can't wait till it's built. The car below had a sold sign in it.

Maybe if you'd bought a 2 door sports car you might've seen more the same. An S3 at best is a hot hatch, it certainly shouldn't and couldn't be described as a sports car. It's just a family car with a big engine.

My previous S-Line PFL had the standard wheels which were great but I wanted something different for this new one.
I was a little nervous because I had not seen the dynamic wheels or Vegas Yellow in the flesh until my car arrived.
I am pleased with both the colour and the wheels.
Anyone else have any thoughts about the wheels nobody seems to spec them?
There seems to be quite a few S3 Vegas Yellow cars are there any more S-Lines out there.

Few pics I took when I picked the car up earlier, unfortunately I didn't have the sense to take any when it was inside under the lights, hoping he's got a few. Also managed to leave the SD card at home for the DSLR so was a waste of time taking that!
I will take some more when the sun makes an appearance!

Yep, I was fully prepared to send my car from Glasgow all the way down to him for him to do it, but couldn't wait that long unfortunately.

Would have been August I could be booked in for and he basically told me no point in doing it since it wouldn't really be a new car detail at that point. Hopefully the guys he recommended for me are almost as good, just can't quite see them going into as much detail but could be wrong!!

That's the trouble, you end up as an enhancement detail which is more £££'s
I'm sure they will mate, wouldn't have thought he'd recommend them if they're not up to scratch.

Just out of interest who has he recommended to you if you don't mind me asking?
Jim mentioned to me about Deep-Shine Detail in Lincoln as I'm local but it doesn't seem to be Gtechniq approved which is my only slight concern, although there's some good photos of their work on detailing world that I've seen.

Don't mind at all!! I'm booked into CleanDetail in Doncaster at the end of next month. They use Gyeon instead of Gtechniq but after reading about a little that doesn't bother me, they seem to be good products!

Just done a wash, great evening for it here..... until I had dried 99.9% of the car and there was literally a 10 second snowfall perfectly placing spots all over, great!

Yep, full new car prep with exterior, glass, wheels and interior treated with Gtechniq. He had C1 topped with EXO as you need to be accredited to use Crystal Serum.
He was really pleased with it when he picked it up and it lasted well too!
