After speaking to the dealer yesterday he said it was to be shipped yesterday.

What build week did you have? Anything 10 and less I would say possibly shipped from Emden. If build week 11 then that would be from factory

Why have you not been able to use the tracker?
I'm in a similar position. The order can't be found when I type it in, however they can track it on the phone/live chat. It's being 'investigated'. Interested to see if you had the same issue.

I had build week 10. Really hoping it's Emden. Now I know it's been built and finished I just feel like a big kid.

For some reason any postcode I try doesn't work, so I just called the dealer direct and he could see it straight away. Think I may just use the live chat a couple of times over the next week if I don't hear anything.
Have they said what may cause yours?

Interesting – seems to be a similar issue. No, not yet. I will go on the chat tomorrow to see how the 'investigation' is going.
You could perhaps report the issue to the live chat and see if they do the same with yours?
Youraudi isn't working for me either. At first I was able to log in using the order #, postal code and my company name. But all it showed was the "welcome to Ingolstadt" opening screen. It never changed during the build. As of this week it does not even show that anymore. It will find the car but no info on its whereabouts.
Checked with Audi and it arrived in Emden this morning. Got the usual "it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the car to be shipped. Dealer said the same. Expected delivery mid to end April.
I hope it won't take that long...

Mine was in prep for 2 days before Panel shop but some people have reported up to 2 weeks in prep.

I have finally got access to the tracker!

Unfortunately they never. I just checked this morning and was able to access it, get on to them!

Just got an update via CS. They said it's at Emden since 15/03 . So looks like my dealer just meant it had arrived at Port. Got the blanket response of could take up to 10 working days to ship to UK.
I've not been too bothered/focused on the order up to now, but these last couple of weeks are going to drag!

Our A1 went code 38 yesterday as Abigail has just told me, but can sit there for 14days.

By a quick search on Google, A4s are built in Ingolstadt so presumably there. I really hope so, seeing as they take around a day/ day and half to get to UK port I'd hope for a collection date of maybe next weekend.

I see you say yours isn't in Emden yet. Was this via the tracker or CS? Just wondering(hoping) if maybe CS is a bit behind like the tracker

Both unfortunately! There's a chance it is in Emden but hasn't been scanned in yet apparently. Sincerely hoping that is the case because it's been a week today that it left the factory. To be honest it seems like at this stage in the process the tracker and even CS can be slightly unsure of where the car is so here's hoping it's waiting to be loaded!
