It is US only, I asked Audi. They said that because it's a US only part they can't get it into stock and even if I went to great expense to get it, they can't fit it because it isn't something they have supplied and basically it still wouldn't 100% guarantee your warranty as it's not UK legal apparently.

The official title is a Res Delete Kit that's why I said 'kit'
From what I've heard it maintains your warranty if you get an OEM one. Guys in the US haven't had a problem. Of course that's the US..
I'm not aware of Audi pulling any warranty issues with a modified exhaust - at least l hope not, my resonators and centre box have been deleted..... by a Poweflow dealer!

I phoned Glasgow Audi a while ago and enquired about this, if my memory serves me right they said the same as above, due to it being a US part they couldn't order me one nor fit it if I was to acquire one from the US
Know a few people have went to a local fabrication shop (which is beside Audi
) and had there's cut out and a new straight pipe welded in, only £70 aswell

The US/Canadian resonator delete pipe is an Audi part, manufactured in Europe, and does not affect your warranty. The only possible issue I can see for UK installations would be EU noise regulations and I would find that hard to believe with the new RS3 exhaust system being legal.
One issue to be aware of is drone @ 2.500-3,500 rpm with this mod. There is a thread/post on this site with a UK based manufacturer with a resonator delete pipe and drone eliminator for sale.
Any dealer telling you it will affect your warranty is full of you know what.
