Hi. I got a bulb warning light on the dash. I changed the D2S xenon bulb but still no life. I then swapped the bulb from the other side (which was working) and still no go! Has anyone come across this fault before and maybe found a solution?? Many thanks.

Daft as it sounds, check the fuse board on top of your battery, your alternator and battery itself, mine was intermittent and then the battery light started coming on, swapped the battery and it was fine, however yesterday the car smelt a bit, opened the bonnet to find the fuse board a bit, erm, soft...

Might be miles out but certainly worth a check just to be safe...

Thank you. I'll certainly have a look at that. Anything to narrow it down.

I currently have a similar problem with my 2000 TT MK1 Roadster. In your case, it is either a failed ballast module or an igniter. Replacing the ballast is a bit of a hassle as removal of the front bumper is necessary. I will be replacing the ballast in my passenger side Xenon headlight assembly later this week. My new ballast just arrived today from the UK.
