Hi,

Bit of an odd ponder...how correct is the 'optional equipment' on the MyAudi app?

I had a look through it and was slightly surprised, if it's correct, how much extra the previous owner ticked.

I bought the car without a test drive, having now idea what it was capable of, in less than 15 minutes...all because a Merc dealer ****** me off enough when I was trying to buy an A45 and I needed a car that day.

The dealer was a really nice guy, knew the previous owner as it was a friend of his who was selling due to a separation along with a house. He stuck it on auto-trader on a Saturday morning and within less than an hour I was the fourth call...but the good news I was nearest so beat the others to it. (I know this could be all bluff but he seemed genuine and the S3 was one of 'slowest' cars he had on the forecourt. Plenty of C63s, RS7 etc. so it seemed cheap for a 10 month 8k mile example)

The options listed are;

Interior light package
Privacy glass
Acoustic windscreen
Auto rear view mirror
Nav 'High' system.
Black style package
Rear parking sensors
19in 5 arm wing wheels
Super sport seats
Elec lumber support
Audi connect info service (no idea what this is)
MMI nav plus
AMI
Audi sound system
DSG
Hill hold
Red calipers
Light and rain sensor
Cruise control
Daytona Grey paint

I don't believe these are all optional equipment...this must have cost a fortune if it is.

Is anyone savvy enough to let me know what was spec'ed above standard? I tried to use the Audi website but of course it's showing the FL version now.

I have to say as my first experience of an Audi, and having tweaked it a little already, I'll will be certainly seeing what's available higher up the food-chain when I fancy a change. Plus this forum makes the social side of the brand very pleasurable as well. :)

Sorry for the long post...I'm bored!

Cheers
David

The options look like

19 inch alloys (unless it's a saloon)
Tech pack
Super sports seats
Comfort pack
Black styling package
Red calipers
Hill hold
Privacy glass
Interior light package( unsure if it was standard at this stage or not).
Daytona paint

:)

It is a Saloon...and many thanks. Still a decent amount of extra 'ticks'. One mans loss etc. :)

Tech pack with Connect at that. If it's a black edition then the black styling package and privacy glass would have been standard too. I have a feeling the interior light package might have been standard for the S3 as well?

Cheers for that :)

An equivalent spec facelift car is £40,850. £41,650 for the Black Edition, but that has B&O.
