A6 C6 2010 2.0 rear wiper arm removal

Does anyone know how to remove rear wiper arm, please?

Presume whole arm need special retraction tool to take off the motor shaft, right?
Tried to pull out the cover but it's not coming off.

I knew I would need that puller. I'll see if I can borow one quicker than it would arrive after the order.

Was more concerned how to take that base cover off without causing any damage to washer jet. If it's just simple pull off job, I'll give it a go.

Want to shorten the spring. Both ends are U shaped but one have longer arm. Thought to make the U at that end but closer to the spring, if that makes sence.

What I need to achive here is hreater pressure of the wiper on the glass.

It is not wiping the glass in the middle since I bought it.
It is correct size and all that but doesn't do the job as it should.

I went to Halfords and told them what car it was from, compared with what I've just removed from the car and got same thing.
It was definetly rear wiper, don't think aero one.
Fitted with just a click and off We go.

For the first days didn't noticed anything like that but after gew days, as was driving evening times and rear cars were lighting up my rear window, I've noticed the middle wasn't done well.
Since then been driving like that and it finally reached the max. Lol.

Will give it a go as I know where are the base cover clips so it should be easy.

Thanx to @Crossmax for he's tips of how to remove plastic cover which reveals screw nit holding the whole wiper arm, I finally made it off.
One of the clips holding the wiper blade was broken and I haven't noticed it since purchase. Been buying wrong wipers all this time.

Had to replace the whole wiper arm with puller as @Retroman has also recommended.
Using it was just seconds and the whole arm was in my hands.
New one attached with proper wiper and it works much better.

Btw, Dealership wants over £40 for a new rear wiper arm for A6 C6 Avant.
Got it on eBay for just under tenner. Does the job
